We stopped by for dinner on a Thursday and were lucky to grab a seat. We were hungry so we got 1 slice of purple haze pizza (yum), a large order of 6 meatballs and a bacon arugula salad. The salad was massive and came with tons of bacon - much bigger than the same salad at the Livermore location. The meatballs were good and the sauce was sweet, but later in the night it didn't agree with me - maybe too acidic? We took some home to-go. As a New Yorker, I approve of the pizza. There lots of folks dining in but good turnover, so you just need to have patience. I found the staff to be friendly and willing to offer suggestions. We liked the decor as well.

I always forget to take a picture but the Popeyes is incredibly delicious. I always order this on a gluten free crust and it is amazing! Staff is always so nice. This is the best pizza spot on Haight! 10/10

I was so sad that the person in front of me took the last Detroit pizza slice of the night. I ended up getting the sweet Gino with pepperoni and it was delicious. I love their sauce! There was a crazy lady in the shop when I went. She started shouting at the staff and was ultimately driven out my the manager. He did a great job keeping everyone safe and even replaced pizzas that were potentially impacted when the lady threw soda at the manager.

I've been both ordering and recommending this place to my friends for a while now. My favorite thing about this place is their crust. The flavors are never too overwhelming and always gets delivered fresh. I like adding cherry tomatoes and some arugula on whatever I order and it never misses. Make sure to get their ranch, too! Hoping one day they start serving Hot Honey.

I was working on a film shoot nearby and our Executive Producer declared only Slice House by Tony would do to feed our crew of 80 at the end of a long and grueling shoot. It also happened to be Valentines Day AND a Friday, THE busiest night for the famously delicious pizza joint. Not only were they able to bust out our 22 xL pizzas of varying styles, they were able to turn it out in less than an hour! Our crew was SO HAPPY!!! It was extra delicious and (most importantly for me) my boss was very satisfied. If you're ever near Height Street and debating where to go eat, LOOK NO FURTHER!! Slice House by Tony is THE BEST!!!! Purple Haze Pizza = WINNER!!! I will for sure be back on or off the clock.

We visited on a weekend after a full day of exploring the city for the holiday. Parking is definitely a challenge in the area, so plan accordingly. Once inside, we found the employees to be friendly and welcoming. The seating is limited, so it's more of a grab-and-go or quick stop spot, but the food makes up for it. We ordered a couple of pizzas, and every slice was absolutely delicious--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. If you're in the area and craving great pizza, Slice House is worth the visit (just pack your patience for parking).

It was a good ambience with all the people in the area there for this place and the official dine in Tony's at the corner. The service was great. Wasn't too long of a wait for a slice. The pizza itself was decent. I got a big Boise pizza or something like that. It had potato and other stuff. So to be fair, it was a unique pizza. Not the best unique pizza. Potato on pizza isn't the best combo imo. The pizza tasted on par with a Whole Foods pizza slice almost. So not the best. Overall great atmosphere and place to grab a slice to eat.

You gotta be kidding me! A monster slice of New York style foldable pizza loaded with pepperoni and a crust with amazing crunch and chew just $6 ?? I guess the price isn't as stunning until you get a taste of its goodness: Generous with pepperoni, a fantastic crust and "just right" oiliness that'll have you reaching for a napkin. Friendly service, great ambiance with its pressed tin ceiling serving pizza you'll think about more than a few times the next day. They're at the ballpark too- don't hesitate to stand in line- and this location in the Upper Haight is just right.
